From start to finish the process was seamless. The office staff and the workers were very kind and receptive to my feedback. They came on time and did excellent work. This was absolutely one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Initially they sent a very professional, pleasant person to meet with me and discuss the project, expectations, etc.As with all their encounters, they call or texted before coming and showed up on time. They quickly provided an accurate proposal which was fair and reasonable. They then scheduled the job at first available date. Two very professional workers showed up, again after contacting me and on time, and completed a large job in two days. Great job and cleaned up thoroughly. Unfortunately, they inadvertently broke an in ground sprinkler head during the project. They immediately notified me- I spoke with the office, and were very apologetic and paid for the repair without any qualms. The next week I get a call from them, wanting to know if it’s ok to send someone to inspect the job. He also shows up on time, finds something he didn’t like, and sent someone to fix it!
